Time at GloLab is held with purpose.
Appointments are secured in advance and often require preparation — whether in formulation, consultation, or design.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for standard appointments. Extended or specialty services may require 48 hours’ notice.
Changes made outside of this window will incur a 50% reservation fee. Missed appointments are charged in full. Repeated disruptions may require prepayment to reserve future appointments.
This allows us to honor both the work behind the scenes and those awaiting entry into our schedule.
Precision requires presence.
We ask that you arrive as scheduled. Should you arrive beyond a 10-minute grace window, your experience may be adjusted or rescheduled to maintain the rhythm of the day.
In such cases, reservation policies remain in effect.
Certain experiences — particularly transformational hair work, injectables, and advanced treatments — require a financial commitment in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your final balance. For select services, full prepayment may be required.

GloLab reserves the right to decline or postpone a service if it does not meet our standards of safety or suitability.
